We are happy to share our resources with you in this department. We also offer full interior design services which may include 3-D renderings and our extensive list of vendors and options.

Permits and Approvals

Depending on the scope of the renovation, you may need to obtain permits from local authorities. We work with your local town to ensure you have all of the permits necessary for the scope of the work.

Sourcing Materials
Once the design is finalized, materials such as flooring, fixtures, appliances, and cabinetry need to be sourced. This may involve visiting home improvement stores, working with suppliers, or ordering materials online. We handle all aspects of securing materials for your project.

Construction
This is the phase where the actual renovation work takes place. Contractors will demolish existing structures, make necessary repairs, and install new components according to the design plan. This stage requires careful coordination and communication between all parties involved.

Inspections
Throughout the construction process, inspections may be required to ensure that the work meets safety and quality standards. We work with Inspectors that assess various aspects of the renovation, such as structural integrity, electrical wiring, plumbing, and adherence to building codes.

Finishing Touches
Once the major construction work is complete, the finishing touches are added to the project. This includes painting, installing trim, hanging light fixtures, and any other aesthetic details to complete the look of the renovated space.

Final Inspection and Completion
After all the work is finished, a final inspection is conducted to verify that everything meets the required standards. Once approved, the project is considered complete, and you can begin enjoying your newly renovated space.
